Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account: your username, email address, mobile number, chosen server, a securely hashed version of your password (never the password itself), and when you registered and accepted our terms.
- Game: your characters, their progress and items, and login times.
- Purchases: what you bought, the amount, the payment method, transaction references, transfer receipts you upload, and the IP address and browser you ordered from.
- Security: IP addresses and sign-in attempts, to protect accounts and stop abuse and fraud.
We don't receive or store your card or bank details. PayPal handles PayPal payments; InstaPay and Vodafone Cash transfers are made in your own app.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and the game, deliver purchases, confirm payments, answer support requests, keep the game fair and secure, and handle refunds and payment disputes (including sharing order and delivery records with the payment provider when a dispute is opened).
3. Who we share it with
- PayPal, for PayPal payments and disputes.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that sign-ups and sign-ins come from a person.
- Microsoft Azure Translator, which translates in-game chat (including private messages) when players who use different languages talk to each other. Only the message text and the languages are sent, never your name or account.
- Our email provider, to send verification codes.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your data.
4. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from forgery. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. How long we keep it
Account and game data are kept while your account exists. Purchase records, including proof of your acceptance of our terms, are kept for at least 5 years for accounting and dispute purposes. Transfer receipts are kept as long as the order record. Chat lines queued for translation, and their translations, are deleted after one hour.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to [email protected] from the email on your account. Some purchase records must be kept even after an account is closed, as explained above.
7. Security
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, connections to the game are encrypted, and access to payment records is limited to our admin team.
8. Changes
We will post any update here with a new version and date.
