1 Trading between players
- Nox staff are not responsible for any sale, purchase or exchange between players, in the game or outside it.
- Any deal between players, with silver, CPs, items, accounts or real money, is at both players' own risk.
- Staff won't return silver, CPs or items you gave another player because of a private agreement.
2 Your silver, CPs and items
- You are fully responsible for how you use the silver, CPs and items on your account.
- Staff don't return anything you spent, sold, dropped, traded or broke by mistake. Always check before you confirm.
3 Payments and top-ups
- Pay only through the official methods shown in the Nox store on this website: PayPal, InstaPay and Vodafone Cash.
- Every payment supports running and developing Nox. In return you get Nox Coins to spend in the store and in the game.
- Check your account, the package and the amount before you pay. You are responsible for every pound or dollar you pay.
- If you don't accept these rules and the Refund policy, please don't top up. You can play Nox fully without paying.
4 Refunds
- Once your coins are credited or your purchase is delivered, the payment can't be cancelled or refunded.
- Two exceptions: a coin purchase that can't be delivered gets its coins back, and an in-game Wardrobe look can be refunded from your coin history within 6 hours if you never wore it.
- A chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered purchase bans the account for good and ends its VIP shares.
5 Account safety
- You are fully responsible for your account.
- Never share your password or account details with anyone, friends included.
- Staff will never ask for your password, in the game, on Discord or anywhere else.
- If you give your details to someone else, any loss or theft that follows is your responsibility.
6 Scams and fake staff
- Pretending to be Nox staff (a GM, a PM or anyone working for the server) is strictly forbidden.
- Nox is not responsible for money sent to anyone outside the official payment methods.
- Before you send any money, make sure you are paying through the store on this website.
7 Bugs and exploits
- Using any bug, glitch or exploit to get silver, CPs, items or any advantage you didn't earn is forbidden.
- If you find a bug, report it to staff.
- Exploiting a bug on purpose can get the account suspended or banned, and everything gained from it removed.
8 Bots, hacks and cheats
- Any hack, bot, macro, tool or outside program that gives an unfair advantage is forbidden. The game's own auto-hunt is allowed.
- Tampering with the game, its files or its protection can get the account banned.
9 Behaviour
- No insults, threats, racism, harassment or deliberate bullying, in the game, on Discord or on the website.
- No content that harms the server or its players, and no advertising other servers.
- Respect other players, even when you fight them in the game.
10 Penalties
- Staff take the action they judge right against any account that breaks these rules.
- Penalties include a warning, removal of items, silver or CPs, a temporary suspension, a permanent ban, or any other step the case needs.
- The penalty depends on how serious the offence is and how much harm it did. Active penalties are public on the Penalties page.
11 Staff decisions
- Staff may review any case or offence and decide what keeps the server stable and the game fair.
12 Changes to these rules
- Nox may change, add or remove rules when needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
- Playing on Nox after a change means you accept the new rules.
