Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Nox ("we", "us") is an independent, fan-run game server for Conquer Online. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the owners of Conquer Online. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, playing on our servers or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Virtual Items Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We record the version you accepted and when.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and to make purchases, and they are responsible for any payment you make.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for everything done with your account. Keep your password secret; staff will never ask for it.
- One person may hold several accounts, but accounts may not be sold, traded, shared for money or transferred.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, the game rules or the law.
5. Fair play
You may not use cheats, bots, speed hacks, modified clients, exploits of bugs, or third-party tools that give an unfair advantage; harass or threaten others; impersonate staff; or trade game items or accounts for real money outside our shop. Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, item removal, suspension or a permanent ban, without refund.
6. Virtual items and currency
CPs, items, equipment and anything else in the game ("virtual items") are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use content inside the game. They are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not redeemable outside the game. We may change, rebalance or remove game content at any time as part of running the game.
Nox Coins are a prepaid balance for the Nox store on this website. You buy them with real money and spend them on CP packages and items. Nox Coins:
- belong to your account and can't be transferred, sold or traded to other players;
- can only be spent in the Nox store, and can't be withdrawn or exchanged back for money;
- stay in your balance while your account and the game are active;
- may be removed if they were obtained by abuse (for example extra accounts used for invite rewards) or through a payment that was reversed or charged back.
7. Purchases
- Prices are shown in EGP or USD before you pay. Sales and discounts apply only while their timer runs.
- Your purchase is delivered to the account (CP cards) or character (mailed items) you choose at checkout. Check your choice before paying.
- Digital items are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, and by buying you ask us to start that delivery straight away. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Virtual Items Policy.
- InstaPay and Vodafone Cash payments are confirmed by our team after checking the transfer. Submitting a false receipt or someone else's payment is fraud.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was delivered is a breach of these Terms: the account may be suspended while it is reviewed, and items bought with the disputed payment may be removed. We will provide the payment provider with our records of your order, your acceptance of these Terms and the delivery.
9. Service availability
The game and website are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them online, but maintenance, updates, outages and data rollbacks can happen, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or stop the service; if we permanently close it, we will announce it on this site in advance.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost virtual items or lost time, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version and date above change when we do, and continuing to use the service or buying again means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Before any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue together.
