How it works
A Guide plus Floral Satin and Celestial Silk makes a permanent, bound garment or mount armor. It always works (100%) and there is no fee.
- Collect guide fragments and combine them into a Guide.
- Collect
Floral Satin and 
Celestial Silk. - Right-click the Guide and pick the look you want.
- Check the cost and confirm. You need 1 free bag slot.
- The Guide, Satin and Silk are used up. You get the look, permanent and bound, and it goes into your Wardrobe.
Crafted looks give no stats. Bound means you can't trade, sell or gift them. The materials and guides can't be traded either.
Where the materials come from
Satin, Silk, guides and Garment Material Packs drop in the Cavern of Anger, floors 2F to 6F.

Each pack opens into guide fragments or one Satin or Silk. Fabric is slow to collect from the Cavern alone. Tailor Liu gives much more.
Guide fragments
Right-click a fragment for two choices:
- Combine: enough fragments make one Guide.
- Bet: risk 1 fragment for a 48% chance to get 2. Otherwise you lose it.

Tailor Liu
Tailor Liu stands in Twin City (296,387), on the south fence row of the event square. He takes apart permanent garments and mount armors for Satin, Silk and jades. He never takes a timed (7-day or 30-day) look.
- Put the look in your bag. He doesn't see looks stored in the Wardrobe.
- Talk to him and pick garment or mount armor, then the star level, then the look.
- Confirm. The look is gone and you get the materials below.

The Costume Rooms
The Master of Fashion Hall (280,387) explains the hall. The three Costume Rooms stand east of him in the same row, at (284,387), (288,387) and (292,387), with Tailor Liu at the east end. They are always open and take jades only, never CPs.

Tips
- Keep your 3-star Guides from 3F and 4F. Fabric is the hard part, not guides.
- Take apart permanent looks you don't wear at Tailor Liu. 4- and 5-star looks also give jades for the rooms.
- The fragment bet loses a little on average (0.96 fragments per fragment). Combine when you can.
- Every look you can craft is also in the Wardrobe shop.
