Flame Lit

During the last two hours of Guild War, light the 10 Flame Stones in order with a rune, then trade the rune for EXP.

1. On Saturday between 13:00 and 14:59, talk to FlameTaoist, Twin City (249,213), and choose "I want to light up the flame". You get a Jade Rune. You need 1 free slot and can't already hold a rune. You can sign up once per event.
2. Light the stones in order, 1 to 10. Each stone swaps your rune for the next one and heals you. A wrong stone gives you a hint to the right one.
3. The 10th stone only works from 14:30 to 14:59. It turns your Heaven Rune into a Dragon Rune.
4. After 15:00, talk to FlameTaoist again and choose "I have a rune. Gimme the reward!". The rune is used up.

Announcements go out at 13:00, 13:30, 14:00 and 14:30.

Capture the Flag

Every Saturday 21:00–22:00, guilds fight in the CTF Arena. Three flag bases start unowned, at (326,447), (214,269) and (207,98). A guild takes a base by dealing the most damage to it. Players then pick up flags around the arena and carry them to a base their guild owns. The guild with the most points at 22:00 wins.

How to join

1. Talk to GuildController, Twin City (222,237), and choose "Sign me up" (Saturday 20:59–22:00). You need a guild. At 21:00, guild members of level 70+ also get an invitation pop-up.
2. You land near (493,368) in the CTF Arena. Your first entry each day gives +100 Champion Points.
3. To leave, talk to GuildKeeper in the CTF Arena at (482,367).

Flags and scoring

  • Flags appear at random. Pick one up within 2 cells, on foot (not mounted).
  • You have 60 seconds to deliver it into a base your guild owns. A picked-up flag respawns after 30 s.
  • Kill a flag carrier to steal the flag and its timer.
  • Every 15 minutes, one random base becomes the double base.

One-Flag CTF (Sunday)

A smaller Capture the Flag every Sunday, 21:00–22:00, on the same CTF-Arena.

  • Join: talk to the GuildController in Twin City (222,237) while the war is running.
  • One base only: just the middle FlagBase (214,269) scores. Take it the same way as on Saturday: the guild that deals the most damage when it falls owns it.
  • Scoring: picking up a flag gives +3, planting it in the base your guild owns gives +15. There is no double-points base.
  • Winner: the guild with the highest score at 22:00.
  • Rewards: the Contest Exploits (merit) your members earn during the war. There is no extra prize.

Tips

  • Every hit on an enemy Pillar pays you silver from their fund, so it's worth hitting even if your guild can't win.
  • In Guild War only damage counts, not the last hit. Keep your whole guild on the Pillar.
  • Flame Lit fits inside Guild War: start the stones at 13:00 and save the 10th for after 14:30.
  • In CTF, break a base first. Without one your guild can't bank flags.
  • Watch the 15-minute double-base switch; each flag there is worth 30 points.
